счет совместного владения
Счет, наличность и/или фондовые ценности с которого находятся в совместной собственности двух или более сторон. Каждая из сторон несет равную с другими сторонами ответственность по обязательствам, связанным со счетом, и имеет равную долю в прибылях, поступающих на счет. В случае смерти одного из совладельцев счета его доля переходит в собственность оставшихся совладельцев и не является частью состояния покойного.
